rich & diverse work experience of more than 2 decades with some of the
finest Indian MNC’s like ICICI ,Birla Sunlife,Kotak ,Cadila laboratories &
Dabur India. He is a seasoned professional who has selected ,recruited, trained
,coached & mentored thousands of young minds all over India to help them shaping the future.
He has mastered the art of
training,coaching, communication & motivation & helped more than 50000
plus employees, freelancer professionals & students through more than 200
plus sessions all over India during his various assignments.
In his
last four year’s assignment at Ahmedabad as a Product head ,he was primarily responsible for Product Designing & marketing along with coaching &
training of 3500+ employees & 125000+ field force. His in depth knowledge,Versatile
personality & refined ways of communication made him win thousands of
hearts in more than 20 states, right from kashmir, himachal pradesh to
Karnataka & Tamilnadu and from Rajasthan,Gujrat to Uttarakhand ,Uttarpradesh.
